Our last full school day 2014-2015! WOW!

This morning we cleaned out all our "cubbies" and packed our extra shoes. We completed a secret activity and emptied our work binders. In the afternoon we had our class party ... listened to some fun music while we snacked and played. Thanks for sending in snacks/treats! We had more than enough since it was also July/August Birthday Circle!

I have included lots of pictures from the past few days. ENJOY!

Wednesday's BUBBLE PLAY!

Wednesday's Math ... make a rule and sort to your rule!

A colour rule!

A shape rule

Have a great evening!

CURRENT UNIT OF INQUIRY: More Than A Feeling!

Central Idea: We can express our feelings/emotions in many different ways.

Today the children were introduced to a program called Kelso's Choices. It is an excellent program about dealing with big and small problems. There is lots of info on the internet and I wish I had learned about it years ago! We watched some scenarios on the web and how Kelso helped the children solve their small problems.
