First things first, as usual! Today Mr. Playford called all cat owners to the front to lead us in O'Canada. Then the Grade 7 and 8 class shared some information they are learning about water sheds and Shakespeare! That was very interesting!
Gunner was our leader today. Great job with calendar, Gunner! We practiced our songs for the Youth Festival and Charlotte had her sharing time.
We learned the sound of "sh" in language after I told a story about Gunner being too noisy in the house after the new baby arrived!!!
At math time we experimented with our 3-D shapes to determine which ones rolled, slid or did both! The students did a follow up skill sheet and started making triangular based pyramids.

I read a book called The Post Office Book and the class has homework! Everyone has to find out where they pick up their mail!
Ms. Egan led a spring art activity.
The class earned a little extra recess time as I was on duty and we were ready to go out early! The challenge was to "sneak" out of the school without disturbing anyone!
Ms. Armitage put out a cool water bead activity for free time!
Enjoy the rest of your day!
