Wednesday ~ Hello Sunshine!!

We had our usual start in the Gym this morning. Karmin was our leader today and she had all of the children attempting cartwheels!

Because it was Casual Day, we sang the colour song this morning after calendar ~ which the children love! We skipped Math due to time and so many absentees but I introduced the students to their “Following Directions Books.”

These "keeners" worked in their Following Directions book during their free time!! (Ok Ladies .. I've added lots more pages!)
At language time we had a story called Tracks, had Sound Pail for “long u” , printed the letter “g” and did some journal work. I am very pleased with the advancing writing skills (especially in the SK’s) as some are now using finger-spacing and are willingly writing more!

We had French right after the lunch recess today and followed up with some Gym time outside after the last afternoon recess.
