We had a catch-up day today as several of our classmates were absent.

At Math time we made pattern wreaths.

After Snack, recess and Sound Pail for the "c/k/ck" sound, we did an autumn craft. The leaves are made by tearing the paper!

Several Gr. 3/4 students had prepared some new Kindergarten GYM games for us to "test!"

We had French today. Please check on Mdme V's blog onn the school website to find out what the kindergartens are currently studying!

CURRENT UNIT OF INQUIRY: More Than A Feeling!

Central Idea: We can express our feelings/emotions in many different ways.

Today the children were introduced to a program called Kelso's Choices. It is an excellent program about dealing with big and small problems. There is lots of info on the internet and I wish I had learned about it years ago! We watched some scenarios on the web and how Kelso helped the children solve their small problems.
