Welcome to the last week in January, 2015!

A short opening in the gym this morning

Back in the classroom – Gunner was the leader for calendar and all connected activities.

We had “Weekend News” and practiced our speeches.

At Math time we added the mice to our clocks and then worked with the mini-clocks to match my digital time in analog time!  

Here are our 3-D clocks, all finished, including the mouse!

We had a little boy visit our room with his Mom – a potential JK for next year. This is likely to be happening more frequently now the new year is here.

After the lunch recess we shared our speeches with the Gr. 1/2 class and some of them did their story-retells for us! We finally got outside for the last recess to enjoy some fresh air and sunshineJ
