A Beautiful Day!! Hello Mr. Sun!

Our day began in the gym as usual. Our leader, Hollie, created a tricky "follow-the-leader" route! Following morning jobs and calendar, we learned about centimeters and how to measure pencils with a small cm. stick. We also discussed why it is important to learn how to measure things!

In Language Arts, we learned the sound of "oo / oo " ~ a tricky sound indeed. We will not be having Sound Pail for this sound. We did a skill-sheet together and some of the JK's surprised me with their work!

This afternoon we played scarf tag again in gym. We also had 3 enjoyable recesses outside today!

The day concluded with Mme. V. and French. The children were learning vocabulary for making maple syrup and using their white boards to draw the trees, etc.
