Counting Down!

(only 10 in-class days left!)

The Kinders are so-o-o ready for a break from school! The warm weather is great for getting us out for a few extra minutes of recess most afternoons. It is getting more and more difficult to contain them in the classroom! J

We had House Games this morning as we ran out of time at yesterday’s assembly. Well done, Mr. Hunt!

With the short Math time we had left, we reviewed the coins we have learned so far and practiced counting by 5’s and 10’s.

Free-writing in their journals was the task at Language time.

This afternoon we discussed the functions of the main parts of a plant, labeled a simple poster, and did a Quick craft using flowers from recycled cards!

I was able to get 2 student’s Reading Assessments done today... Hurray! Now to get them into the correct format on the computer!
