Hello to all readers of this blogJ

Opening in the Gym

Calendar was led by Katie! Well done! Today is day # 87! Watch for information next week about the 100^th day of school celebration.

We spent most of the morning, with snack and recess in between, working on a snowman GLYPH! Great listening and lots of fun. Here are a few of the results but all will be displayed in the classroom for you to see.

I also thought you might like to see the Pre-K's during their gym time today as they practiced with scoops and balls!

Enjoy your evening!

CURRENT UNIT OF INQUIRY: More Than A Feeling!

Central Idea: We can express our feelings/emotions in many different ways.

Today the children were introduced to a program called Kelso's Choices. It is an excellent program about dealing with big and small problems. There is lots of info on the internet and I wish I had learned about it years ago! We watched some scenarios on the web and how Kelso helped the children solve their small problems.
