Good Day!

We had to spend a bit of time this morning getting the room back in order after being transformed into a Tea Room for the Fall Festival! It was great seeing so many of you here on Saturday.

Calendar with Samuel

Colour word "Orange"

Story .. Thanks for Thanksgiving

People Pattern for Math .. I lined some of the children up and the rest had to determine the rule for my pattern! (ie: boy, girl, boy, girl, OR long sleeves, short sleeves, long sleeves, short sleeeves, etc.) It was fun and the JK's and SK's really love being good detectives!

Today the children were introduced to a program called Kelso's Choices. It is an excellent program about dealing with big and small problems. There is lots of info on the internet and I wish I had learned about it years ago! We watched some scenarios on the web and how Kelso helped the children solve their small problems.
