It is a warm but dull and wet day. We hope to get outside for as many recess as possible today!

Following Opening Exercises we had weekend news. Students tell each other about the best part of their weekends!
ENGLISH: - played the "new word" game - today I won! 
                    - Journal writing, entitled "April" - great job everyone!
Snack and INDOOR recess!
STORY: - read Easter egg booklets sent to us from the SJA kinders
MATH: - review penny, nickel, dime and their values
              - introduce the quarter
Lunch and OUTDOOR recess!
VALUES:  - The Easter Story
GYM:  -  Hopping on 2 feet to a drum beat, musical eggs 
INDOOR Recess
SHARING:  -Georgia and Matthew
FREE CHOICE TIME: - I read with Matthew and Georgia.        
                                         - several played with the Flubber
