Happy Monday!

Our day began in the gym with all people wearing glasses leading us in O'Canada! Grace was our leader today. It is our 65th school day and we now count by 5's to 65! Grace wrote on Mrs. Whitworth's Nice List .... 11 days to Christmas!

At Math time we reviewed 2-D and 3-D shapes and added more cylinders, cones and spheres to our structure. We do not need any more boxes .. thanks for all you sent in!

The children have no idea how much they will be playing with their structure in the months ahead!

A JK builds with our mini geometric solids!

I read the book called Gingerbread Pirates and as a class we wrote a letter to last year's Gingerbread Man, telling him we miss him and want him to come back from Hawaii. We'll have to wait to see if he gets the message!

Mdme V.'s Christmas puppet does a lot of silly things!

After lunch recess we did a "secret activity" and had a short gym time with lots of running, jumping and hopping on one foot. The day concluded with French.

Enjoy your evening!
